Samsung Galaxy Note has now arrived in India and it will be first available at one of the most popular malls, ‘The Great India Place’ in Noida. The device is expected to hit other retail stores by next week. In India the that starting price according to the company will be around Rs 34,990.
The Samsung Galaxy Note comes equipped with a 13.4-cm (1280 x 800 pixels) 285 PPI HD Super AMOLED display, an 8-megapixel camera with LED Flash along with a 2-megapixel front-facing video calling camera, 1.4GHz dual core processor and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n with WiFi Direct. The device is currently powered by Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. However, the Samsung Galaxy Note will be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in the first half of 2012.
