It’s that time of the year when the summer’s at peak in Delhi, and it’s normal at this time that there be shortage of water and electricity. But not like this:
It is also a common fact that youngsters are used to mall hopping in summers, since the air-conditioned environs of a mall provides the best place to relax versus the scorching heat outside. But if malls don’t have their A/Cs and washrooms working like they used to, I wonder how long are they going to be in business!
