Finally, the hard-work of Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena and its President got paid. Delhi Police took action on their complaint and filed an FIR. BSKS President Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga also thanked Delhi Police for their quick action.
On 22nd February 2011, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, President of Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena filed a petition in Delhi High Court through Advocate Mr. Vikas Padora seeking a ban on website www.shariah4hind.com & for allegedly propagating communalism and calling for a rally in Delhi on March 3rd with propaganda of convertingIndiainto an Islamic state.
In response of PIL, Delhi High Court asked the Commissioner of Police Delhito treat the contents of the plea to the court as a complaint, ban the website and make sure that no such rally should take place. In response of PIL Delhi Police banned the website & registered FIR against Anjem Choudary, Omar Mohhamad Bakri, Abu Baraa and shariah4hind team under sections 124A (sedition), 153A(Communal crime),295A (Communal crime) IPC & 66 A IT ACT on 28 Feb Late Night.
Bagga also thanked Janata Party Leader Subramanian Swamy for guiding them properly in this case.
