Four Indian institutes, including Delhi University, have made it to a list of top 100 varsities in the world for undergraduate studies in the year 2014. IIT-Bombay, IIT-Delhi and IIT-Kanpur are the other three on the list.

According to the report, Delhi University, which has started a slew of new initiatives, including the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP), in recent years, has moved two positions up on the list from 99 to 97.

The top three ranks have however been bagged by American universities, with Harvard University topping the list released by Youth Incorporated, a leading youth magazine in Mumbai.
