Delhi very own nihari, kababs, tikkas and kulchas have won the hearts of gastronomes across the world. Four of the Capital’s best known fine dining places have made a place for themselves among Asia’s 50 best restaurants.

At No. 27, Bukhara at ITC Maurya tops the list of Indian restaurants, closely followed by Indian Accent (The Manor), Dum Pukht (ITC Maurya) and Varq (Taj Mahal Hotel). Two more restaurants- Wasabi by Morimoto in Mumbai (No.36) and Karavalli in Bangalore (No.49)-are also on the list.

ITC’s Bukhara, which has now earned the title of The S. Pellegrino Best Restaurant in India, explores the rich taste of regional cuisine from North-West India.
