4. All Saints’ College

Located in the capital city of Thiruvananthapuram, All Saints’ College is one of the best and among the most demanded commerce colleges in Kerala where B.Com degree course was started way back in 1980. The college offers a B.com degree with finance as an optional paper. The college is affiliated to Kerala University and it is the university’s rules regarding the selection procedure and admission that the college follows. However, to get into a B.com degree course of three years, the candidate needs to be a 10+2 pass out. The college also has pick-up and drop facility by their own buses.

3. Mahatma Gandhi Arts and Science College

Located at Panur in the Kannur district of Kerala, the Mahatma Gandhi Arts and Science College offers courses on Science and Commerce and is affiliated to the University of Kannur. It offers a 3-year full time bachelor’s degree course in Commerce (B.Com), the eligibility criterion of which is 10+2. However, the selection procedure and the admission are based on the rules laid down by the Kannur University. The college admits around 40 students every year to its B.Com degree course.

2. Aquinas College

Established in the year 1981, Aquinas College is located in Cochin and is among the most reputed ones in Kerala. The main aim behind the foundation of this college was to provide opportunities for quality education to the people of economically backward and socially minority communities, especially the Latin Catholic Community. Among an array of courses which the college offers, a three-year full time degree program in Commerce (Bachelors in Commerce) is also there. The eligibility criterion for the same is 10+2 and the admission is based on merit. The college is affiliated to the famous Mahatma Gandhi University.

1. A.V. Abdurahiman Haji Arts & Science College

One of the best and most sorted after commerce colleges in Kerala to study commerce, A.V Abdurahiman Haji Arts and Science College which is affiliated to the University of Calicut. As a part of commercial studies, the college offers a B.com degree with Computer Application as an optional subject. According to the new method proposed by the university, the evaluation scheme is based on performances in internal as well as external exams where the former carries 25% weightage while the latter carries 75% weightage. There are 40 seats in total for the B.com course is based on merit thereafter which he or she has to appear for an interview for final selection. Since it is a Government aided institutions, the fees are very nominal, making this one of the most preferred institutions around.
