Now, that’s good news for CGM lovers ! Chandragupta Maurya will be aired on Sony TV and Rajat Tokas is all set to replace Ashish Sharma as new CGM.
Our sources told us that talks are almost final and CGM would soon be aired on Sony TV. Even website named Tellychakkar.com published this news. Although, the news has not been confirmed by CGM makers and Sony TV, but our close sources told us that it is soon gonna begin on Sony TV and Rajat Tokas may be the next CGM.

Earlier, people were disheartened with Ashish Sharma’s decision of quitting CGM, but everyone is excited as they came to know that Rajat Tokas may be the next CGM.

As still the news of airing th CGM has not been confirmed by any of the part, yet if it is to be, its really a good news. Where as Ashish Sharma is concern has done well, but if he is not continuing the new one face should be comfortable and justified one for Chandu’s role.

The person who played the role of Chandra Gupt Maurya is very excellent. if it is being changed it will loose the reputation among the masses of the people who looks this serial. By changing and showing the chandraguptamaurya is not a good sign for the people. Because once the people love the artiest for the good role being played by his appearance is being loved by buttom of heart and also it increased the crase of serial. We from the heart make the humble request from Ashish Sharma URF Chandu pls accept once again the feeling of masses of the people for played the role of chandragupta. By replacing the Rajat is not agood sign. We the people lover of this serial make the humble request of from all the teamate/ artiest of chandragupta maurya to ask your senior executive to persuade the agonish artiest for well wishing of the masses of the people. I love the CGM, the only TV serial I am watching. Great Story, cast, especially Chandu and Chanakya. Lot to learn from our ancient stuff.

CGM turned out to be a well made serial in epic form. The viewers got accustomed to watching the actors playing different characters including that of the protagonist by Ashish Sharma. Wish, it is aired back with the same star cast. It would be very difficult now to identify other actors playing the characters viz. even that of Dhana Nand and Chanakya, leave aside the lead character. All the actors had blended themselves seamlessly and brilliantly with the roles they were portraying.
Nevertheless, kudos to the Director and Sagar Art for launching its come back. Wise decision. We need serials like that.

it is unfortunate that CGM is not being aired but what I personally feel this is a great serial and linked to our self respect and Chandragupta Maurya is the symbol of our self respect. This serial enhances our knowledge and encourages us to defend our self respect. Not only he contributes towards buidling a gread nations but also advertised the greatness and abilities of India to all over the world by defeating the so called sonapati of Great Sikandar.
This is very unfortunate that commom mass is unaware of its heros and our government should take a step in airing of life time activities of this great hero of our Great INDIA.

The last Hindi tv show I watched was Mahabharata 15 years ago..since then I have not watched any Hindi show with interest. I would just watch them here and there, but never put my mind or interest in any. I came across the CMG on youtube and watched the first 2 episodes. After that I got so interested in it that I watched the next 105 episodes in 2 weeks.
I hope Sagar Arts continues CMG serial.
