Many people get angry easily. They use anger as a source of releasing  their frustration. But let me tell u anger is the biggest enemy of an individual. It completely eradicate our life. It mostly land us in big problems at the end. So we should control our anger and should save our energy for a good cause. Controlling anger is the biggest achievement. So here are the few tips which can help you to control your anger:-

1. Take a deep breath– Taking a deep breath is an easy way to calm your nerves and you will feel much better.

2.  Take a walkРChanging your situation is a good way to overcome anger. One way to do so is by taking a walk outside.

3. Pray or meditate– Praying or meditating is an effective way to calm your nerves. It could help you regain you inner peace.

4. Exercise– You can control anger by directing your energy to a different direction so that it’s is no longer available for anger. A good candidate is exercising.

5.Listen to calming music– My favourite is instrumental music since it seems to have better calming effect but you can use whatever music works for you.

I hope so that these tips will give benefit to you and you can get free from anger. So that you can live your life happily.
