Dominos delivery boy injured the school boy due to which the boy got badly wounded. Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) Judge Dinesh Bhatt ordered Dominos Pizza India to pay the compensation to the tenth standard boy, holding that he was hit by the firm’s motorcycle driven by its delivery boy Ravi Mishra in a rash and negligent manner.
The incident took place on October 29, 2010, near the Khalsa College. Delivery man’s bike hit boy from behind as a result both of them fell down and received injuries. Later, they were taken to Hindu Rao hospital for treatment.
The compensation amount will be paid by the Reliance General Insurance as the motorcycle was insured.
