Even at the age of 100, great Fauja Singh hasn’t given up and trying hard to become the first person to finish a full-distance marathon past age 100 at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday, October 16. He recently set eight sprinting records, for his age group, in one day.

Fauja Singh took up competitive running when he was 89 to overcome depression after the loss of his wife and one of his sons. Since then, he has never stopped and inspired millions of people with his strong determination and amazing will power.
